NTU will assist the Turkish Ministry of Interior to prepare full tender documents including detailed technical specifications, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical implementation/ application drawings, Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimation for the construction of shelters for women subject to violence in eight provinces; the terms of reference for the supervision of the works contract; the technical specifications for supply of equipment for the shelters; to assist the Ministry of Interior during the tendering process; and to increase the capacity of the Ministry of Interior.
