NTU short listed for Results oriented monitoring of operations financed by the European Community 2007/S 104-127558

Within the framework of its external cooperation (EUROPEAID), the Commission wishes to place a contract to run a result oriented monitoring system of its projects and programmes.

Working languages: English and French.

Total budget range for all lots: between EUR 18 500 000 and EUR 29 400 000 for the framework contract.

NTU projects will cover European Neighbourhood countries; Southern Mediterranian, Eastern Europe, Western Balkans and Turkey.

We are urgently seeking senior international and national experts with experience of the European Commission’s ROM system. We are also looking for experts with ROM experiences from other Donors - as well as from other monitoring experiences, which can be related to Results-oriented monitoring (ROM).
