NTU wins EUROPEAID project for Technical Assistance to the National Authorising Officer – Infrastructure in Malawi (Client: EC and Ministry of Finance)

The objective of the Capacity Building Project for the National Authorising Officer (NAO) Support Unit, which NTU will undertake, is to strengthen further the involvement of the Government of Malawi – in particular the Debt and Aid division (DAD) in the Ministry of Finance of which the NAO Support Unit forms an integral part – in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of EC-financed programmes in Malawi.
